The biomedical nuclear and chemical dump at the West LA VA in Brentwood is supposed to be a closed site. Repeatedly, over the years, EnviroReporter.com has seen people access this dump usually chasing errant soccer balls. In this case, a man was walking through the dump with a child on his back.

This man was spotted going into the dump.
It doesn't appear that he's carrying anything.
Is the man carrying the child so he doesn't step in the dump?
Probably not considering he didn't carry the kid in.
If they went in after a ball, they didn't find it.
The man lets the child down onto the ground in the dump so they can go through the unlocked gate.
