10:00 am 10-minute INTERIOR average JAPANESE SWISS ROLL GREEN TEA CAKE WITHOUT PACKAGING bought in Southern California Japanese market= 43.3 CPM WHICH IS 21.6% HIGHER THAN PREVIOUS BACKGROUND AVERAGE.

This slight increase of 2.8% may be the result of alpha radiation shielded from the Inspector by the plastic wrapping. Or it could be statistically insignificant since the increase is relatively small.
